The cursive styles are good for turning brush stroke exercise and helpful for Chinese brush painting. Sometimes Chinese calligraphers mix cursive and semi-cursive styles in a work. Cursive styles are studied after one has good foundation in Kai Shu. 後(after, behind) 也(also, too) 秋(autumn) 否(negate) 和(peace) 河(river) 像(similar, image) 唐(Tang Dynasty 唐朝)
